| Description: | Completing this 2-day course will introduce students to the fundamentals of industrial refrigeration including compressor, condenser, pump, and evaporator operation and maintenance. Students will be provided hand-outs to be completed throughout the training that will test their knowledge and increase their understanding of the materials covered. Participants in this course will receive a certificate after achieving an overall passing grade across all quizzes. *This is an excellent course to be taken along with the 24hr. PSM/RMP Workshop. A basic knowledge of ammonia refrigeration will help to develop a strong PSM/RMP program. |
